Everyone with a Netfliz account seemed to watch Squid Game when it came out this year – and that included me and my dad. I don’t think I would have watched it without him and even my work colleague was hyping it up.
There will be spoilers in this post.
I have a lot of feelings about Squid Game. I think the acting (minus the VIP’s) is fantastic, both from the established and rookie actors. The overall design and visual execution of the drama was also phenomenal and truly heightened the watching experience. The problem lies in the ending… I hate it. I think it could have been done so much better, but the “twist” and subsequent decisions of Gi Hun were just stupid. It kind of undermines the whole premise… I don’t have any interest in the sequel…
Anyway, enough of my unpopular opinions, let’s get on with the actual post!

Normally, I would say no to anyone in this situation, even someone as handsome as Gong Yoo! But, if I were being approached by this man, I know that I have serious money troubles and this would be something I potentially would agree to. He’d have to deal with me crying after he slaps me though and I would only play one round that’s for sure!

To be honest the quiz should have ended here as there is no way that I would do this…
If my money troubles are that bad, I’ll become a nun.
The “loss” for the mini game was a slap… I don’t know what this weirdo has planned!

Ali was my comfort character of this series. I love him so much! I would love him to be my friend in this situation. Not only is he loyal, but he’s lovely and I’m sure his hugs are great! โฅ
Anupam performs wonderfully in this role and I’ve seen some clips of him in interviews/variety and he seems so genuinely nice!

If you had to pick one of these other random actors, who would you pick?
Not going to lie, I don’t understand the relevance of this question…
Ji Chang Wook is the only actor here that I’ve watched several of their projects and I enjoy his work. He’s also very handsome~
side note: I tried to screenshot this question so many times so that everyone looked okay… but I couldn’t get Son Ye Jin to work with the others, I’m sorry! ๐

I don’t like going all in so I’ll bet one to play it safe. I would also not trust anything at this point, so I’m keeping my marbles close!

You want me to choose let the other person win… in Squid Game?!
If I’ve got this point, I know that not winning means me being dead. I don’t want to die!
The amount of adrenaline and sheer terror must help in these situations, right? Otherwise I’m already dead or hyperventilating in a corner somewhere ๐

I will most likely always play the defensive. I’m introverted so being on the defense comes naturally and it makes me feel safer!
Plus, when you play the defensive, you get to see other people’s mistakes while focusing on yourself.
I would also like to say that I would not have gone back after they had the choice to leave. Absolutely not! You will be find me at the nearest convent! ๐

If you were not playing in the game, who would you bet on to win?
If we’re all being honest, Gi Hun shouldn’t have won. He mostly got through by sheer luck, favouritism from the old man and Sang Woo’s intellect. Sang Woo should have won and he would have if his little idiot wasn’t with him ๐
I would like to preface this with – I would definitely not survive Squid Game. I’ve hyperventilated because other people have argued in my presence. When that first gunshot goes off in Red Light Green Light, I’m a goner.
It also doesn’t help that I’m unfit and these games are way too active for my liking ๐
I also saw in the comments that a lot of people were winning and only a few lost. I wouldn’t say no to the prize money, but none of us who are taking this quiz would actually win!
