It’s Christmas!

This year my dad and I had my sister and her family over. They came at around 12 and we ate and opened presents. I’m not really a big fan of this holiday, but today has been okay and I’m currently just chilling writing this blog post and watching YouTube.

This year I’m happy with the presents I got. My sister got me some really cute stuff and I literally got and wrapped all of my presents from my dad, so I was definitely happy with those 😂

I’m super excited to read this book. It sounds whimsical and heartwarming. I really enjoyed The House in the Cerulean Sea and I get the impression that this will have a similar atmosphere.

For a series that I’ve never seen (it has 50 episodes!) I know a lot about The Untamed thanks to twitter. I think I would really enjoy the novels, so I was really surprised and happy to see that the first volume was available in English in my local Waterstones ♥

BOOKAROO NOTEBOOK TIDY

I’m not sure how much use I would get out of this. My journal is A4, so I wouldn’t be able to use it on that. And I don’t tend to read that many hardback books… It’s a cool concept and I might get a notebook for it to fit so that it doesn’t go to waste.

SHE BELIEVED SHE COULD PLANNER STICKERS

My sister got me some super cute planner stickers, which I will try to use in my journal. The trouble is I don’t want to use pretty stickers because I’ll use them wrong. But my journal is pretty ugly, so I should definitely be using them! 😅

CLOTHES

As I have an office job (when I’m not working from home) my wardrobe has gotten a little bigger as I need business casual clothes. This butterfly blouse is so pretty and I’m looking forward to wearing it to work. For the jumper, I love being cosy, so that’s a win.

I don’t need a new coat, but I saw this cute raincoat and it was on sale, so I chose it! I was going to get the yellow version to match Darcy’s new coat (he’s my dog), but the Shawol in me came out 😅

My sister and her family also got me a couple of clothes. I got a pair of penguin pyjamas, a mulan t-shirt and a pair of penguin slippers~

MISCELLANEOUS

TWS EARPHONES

I’ve always thought that the airpod design is strange and looks odd. But, as I’ve been working from home, I thought the bluetooth earphones would be better for me as I tend to fidget a lot in my chair because it’s not comfortable. Plus, Darcy always comes to me to let him out, so I’m forever taking my headphones out.

SUDOKUBES

My sister knows that I like to do sudoku puzzles, so she got me this puzzle. Not going to lie, I might be too dumb for it! The puzzle is already done, but you need to put the cubes in the right order to make it correct… this may take me ages 😅

FRENCH BULLDOG CONSTRUCTION KIT

Another one of my sister’s gifts. This is a cute little card construction kit of a dog! I made it when everyone had left and the only thing that wouldn’t work was the paws, but it’s still pretty cute~

WATER BOTTLE

My sister has an obsession with bottles and she got me a cute clear one with dog stickers on it ♥
