It’s short tag time!

I saw this on BookLovinNut and thought it would be fun to test my bad memory! So let’s see how bad this goes haha ^^”

The Rules:

You must answer these questions without looking anything up on the internet and without looking at your bookshelves!!


1. Name a book written by an author called Michael.

  • War Horse; Michael Morpurgo

(I think that’s spelt right… also I can’t say this man’s name! My old form tutor in year 9 called him Morpungo and it was so hilarious and stuck with me that this is the name I call him now haha)

I can only think of the Christopher Paolini books, so Eragon and whatever the other ones are called haha

I suck at remembering names… Does Mr Wickham from Pride & Prejudice count?

I asked my dad and he said Of Mice and Men! He’s a GENIUS!

4. Name a book written by an author with the surname Smith.

I can only think of L.J. Smith. The only title I can think of is The Forbidden Game. I can’t remember what any of the Vampire Diaries or Night World books are called haha

I asked my dad and he said Neighbours… I may have to revoke his genius status from earlier πŸ˜‚

And I have no clue! I’ve never read or heard of a book set in Australia!

6. Name a book with the name of a month in the title.

… Books have titles?! πŸ˜‚ I’m useless! My dad said just think of a book with the word May on (GENIUS!) but I can’t even think of any title!

Okay my dad is way better at this than me! He says The Hunt for Red October by Tom Clancy (he thinks) which he says is about a submarine and they made a film with Sean Connery in it.

The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness! It has a giant red one!

Okay… I’m going to be straight with you, I googled eponymous!

Kim by Rudyard Kipling! I’ve never read it, but my brain pulled it from somewhere!

My favourite book Pride & Prejudice was turned into a film and my favourite film, Sleepy Hollow is based on the Legend of Sleepy Hollow short story (that counts right? :p)
